Beth initially started cleaning part-time as a way to make extra income to help with the many expenses of raising five children. Every client she cleaned for, whether residential or commercial, was so appreciative of her professionalism, work-ethic, level of cleanliness, and communication. It did not take her long to realize that many cleaners do not offer these basic qualities to their clients. She officially started Robin Allen Cleaning because she knew there was a need in the commercial world for a cleaning company that goes beyond the status quo – a cleaning company that cares, is professional and easy to work with, expects the highest level of cleanliness from their employees, and considers timely and thoughtful communication between the company and the client of utmost importance. Beth treats her clients and employees like family, and meeting specific needs is her mission!

Outside of work, Beth enjoys a very full life with her husband, Mark, their five children (ages 18-8), and their dog and two cats.

Mark Tinsley takes the term “Renaissance man” to a whole new level. A poet, musician, pastor, luthier, soldier, and professor, Mark’s diverse interests and accomplishments allow him to engage with people in all walks of life. Mark is a teacher, having taught English and science at multiple universities and served as a dean at the largest Christian university in the world. He is a soldier, having served as a platoon leader, executive officer, and chaplain in the Army; he currently holds the rank of Lt. Colonel and is the Command Chaplain for the 76th Operational Response Command. And he is a pastor, having led five churches and conducted multiple workshops for those looking to enhance their marriages and families. He is also—but certainly not least—a husband and father of five.

Mark is dedicated to doing every job right and helps Beth run Robin Allen Cleaning with an eye on excellence.
